We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and good old-fashioned cash in store.

All payments are securely processed, we never store your card details.

We typically need print-ready PDF files with 3mm bleed and crop marks.

Not sure what that means? No worries, our in-house design team can help.

Not usually. But if we’ve created the design for you and you ask us to keep it on file, we’re happy to hang onto it for future use.

The easiest way is by email. We prefer print-ready PDFs sent to info@theprintshopmk.co.uk, but if your files are too large to email, you can send them via WeTransfer. Please be sure to include your order number with your files so we can match them up quickly.

We’ll send you a proof to check and approve, so keep an eye out for any typos or tweaks. It’s your last chance to spot anything we might miss!

Absolutely, pop in and grab your prints once we’ve confirmed they’re ready.

It won’t knock anything off the price (shipping’s included either way), but it could shave a bit off your turnaround time!
